陈熙霖博士，研究员，ACM Fellow, IEEE Fellow, IAPR Fellow, 中国计算机学会会士，国家杰出青年基金获得者。主要研究领域为计算机视觉、模式识别、多媒体技术以及多模式人机接口，特别集中于生物启发的特征表示与学习、以人为中心的感知与分析、场景理解等领域。作为负责人先后承担了国家自然科学基金重大和重点项目以及科技创新2030-“新一代人工智能”重大项目和973计划课题等。曾任IEEE Trans. on Image Processing和IEEE Trans. on Multimedia的Associate Editor，目前是Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation的Senior Associate Editor、计算机学报副主编、人工智能与模式识别副主编，担任过多个国际国内学术会议的大会主席和程序委员会主席，并十多次担任ICCV CVPR / NeurIPS等会议的(Lead) Area Chair。
陈熙霖博士先后以第一完成人获国家自然科学二等奖1项、中国图像图形学学会自然科学一等奖1项。教育工作获北京市高等学校教学名师奖。合作出版专著1本，在国内外重要刊物和会议上发表论文400多篇。
